Do you take insurance?
We are a cash-based wellness office and do not work directly with insurance companies. We do not want insurance dictating your care, for they only see value in short-term symptom-based sick care. Our practice instead values each and every patient’s healthcare goals, as well as strives to advance True wellness within the central MN and Western WI community. Not billing insurance also allows us to provide the highest quality of care and affordable wellness plans. Our care plans are often times less than what you would pay with an insurance co-pay, yet we will gladly provide you with the necessary documentation to get reimbursed if you’re wanting to file yourself.
Can I bring my kids in with me?
YES! We are a family-based chiropractic office and the whole family is welcome. Half of our patients are babies and kiddos so we tend to cater to moms and little ones.
Are scans safe during pregnancy?
Absolutely! We use state-of-the-art CLA Insight™ thermal technology that’s non-invasive and does not emit radiation.
What technique do your doctors use?
Our doctors do not stick to just one technique. We believe every person and situation is unique, so our intuitive doctors will use what technique they think will achieve the best results. In addition to knowing many techniques, both of our doctors are certified in the Webster Technique to better care for our pregnant mamas.
Can I use your Infrared Saunas or Red Light without receiving chiropractic care?
While we know you could greatly benefit from chiropractic care, we also understand you may already be under chiropractic care at a different office or are simply not interested in chiropractic care at this time. Either way, we would not want to limit the amazing benefits of our infrared sauna and red light therapies from anyone.

Because your sauna fits up to 4 people, if I book a single sauna session, do I have to share the sauna with other potential people?
No! If you want to have a session by yourself, book a single session and that time slot will be removed from the booking schedule. If you want to include a family member or friend (up to 3), you can bring them with you for an extra $30 per person.
